ORDER

Since no adverse Order has been passed against the fifth respondent, notice to him is dispensed with. With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents 1, 2 and 4 to survey fix four boundaries and erect boundary stones for the land admeasuring about 14 cents comprised in survey No.20/2N2 Mattinayakkanpatti village Pochampalli Taluk Krishnagiri District considering the application bearing No.2024/0123/ 31/003695 and dated 10.7.2024 with in a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and perused the materials available on record.

4. The case of the petitioner is that he is the absolute owner of the 2/5

subject property by virtue of the sale deed dated 03.06.2011 and the revenue records have also been mutated in the name of the petitioner. The grievance of the petitioner is that though he has given an application for surveying his land and demarcate of boundaries by paying necessary fee, the same has not been considered by the respondents till date. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondents 1, 2 and 4 are directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 10.07.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the same, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interest persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
