O R D E R

Petitioner-wife has filed this Transfer C.M.P., for transferring H.M.O.P.No.315 of 2016, pending on the file of Principal Sub-Court, Trichirapalli, to the file of Sub-Court, Namakkal, to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.275 of 2016.

2. Respondent-husband has filed an affidavit, wherein, in Paragraph 3, he has consented to transfer the H.M.O.P.No.315 of 2016, pending on the file of Principal Sub-Court, Trichirapalli, to the file of Sub-Court, Namakkal, to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.275 of 2016.

3. In view of the consent given by the respondent-husband, this Transfer C.M.P. is allowed. As a result, H.M.O.P.No.315 of 2016, pending on the file of Principal Sub-Court, Trichirapalli, is withdrawn and transferred to the file of Sub-Court, Namakkal, to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.275 of 2016.
