Today, the matter has been listed under the caption "for reporting compliance". 2.On a perusal of records, it is seen that the writ petition was already disposed of on 03.08.2016 and when the matter was earlier listed for reporting compliance on 05.07.2022, this Court has passed the following order :

"2.Ms.V.Revathy, learned counsel representing Mr.Madhusudanan, for the respondent Corporation would submit that the required permission has been taken from the District Collector and lines have been drawn and they have been energized also.

3.In view of the same, no further orders are necessary.

No costs."

3.In view of the above, the question of compliance does not arise once again, and therefore, no further orders are necessary. Accordingly, the matter stands closed.
