When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.S.Kharthic Raja, learned counsel represented for Mr.Susanna Prabhu, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has been settled and the prayer in the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has become infructuous and sought permission of this Court to withdraw the same. He has also made the following endorsement to that effect.

"We are withdrawing the case, matter got settled".
