These petitions have been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13676 of 2023 dated 28.06.2023, upon the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) to the credit of "the Dean/Medical Officer, Chengalpattu Government Medical College Hospital, Chengalpattu" and to extend the time for furnishing sureties.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the said submission, the amount to be deposited to the credit of "the Dean/Medical Officer, Chengalpattu Government Medical College Hospital, Chengalpattu"

shall be modified to Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only).

4. Further, the time granted by this Court to execute the sureties is extended by a week from 04.08.2023. It is made clear that the rest of the order shall remains unaltered.

5. With the above direction, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions stand ordered.
