There has been no representation in this case for the last two hearings.

2. The petitioner has challenged the order passed by the Court below in C.M.P.No.1582 of 2023 in S.T.C.No.153 of 2016, dated 30.06.2023, dismissing the application filed under Section 91 of Code of Criminal Procedure.

3. The reasons that have been assigned by the Court below while dismissing the application, does not suffer from any illegality or infirmity, warranting interference of this Court. Hence, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed and there shall be a direction to the Court below to dispose of the S.T.C.No.153 of 2016 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
