Crl.M.P.No.11151 of 2023 and Crl.O.P.No.12635 of 2023 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN , J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition 9(b) imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12635 of 2023 dated 15.06.2023.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court and the matter is under investigation.

3.Considering the said submission, and also the fact that the case pertains to offence under Sections 467, 471 and 474 of IPC, the condition 9(b) imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12635 of 2023 dated 15.06.2023 is alone modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month on the date fixed by the respondent police, until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.

Crl.M.P.No.11153 of 2023 and Crl.O.P.No.12438 of 2023 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN , J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12438 of 2023 dated 15.06.2023, to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30am until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court and the matter is under investigation.

3.Considering the said submission, and also the fact that the case pertains to offence under Sections 467, 471 and 474 of IPC, the condition 9(b) imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12438 of 2023 dated 15.06.2023 is alone modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month on the date fixed by the respondent police, until further orders.
