ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This writ petition is not maintainable, as the direction sought in this PIL has already been considered by this Court on 21.06.2024 in the earlier round of litigation in W.P.No.16230 of 2024 (Maniverma @ Devendran vs. The Collector, Tiruvannamalai District and Others).

2. If the petitioner's case is that despite the direction given by this Court, the representation has not been decided by the State Level

Committee, the remedy is to file contempt.

With such liberty, the writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
