4. Heard learned counsel on either side.

5. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 112 days in filing the above appeal is condoned.

6. Registry is directed to number the main Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission on 02.08.2024.

Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.S.P.Yuaraj, learned counsel for respondents 1 to 5, at the time of admission.
