This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed upon the petitioner in order dated 21.06.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.8492 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.10844 of 2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police twice in a month i.e., 1st and 15th working day of English calender month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
