This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to permit him to implead the proposed respondent as third respondent in Crl.O.P.No.8899 of 2021.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent police submitted that he has no objection to this petition being allowed.
4. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and also, no objection expressed by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.
