ORDER

(1)The learned counsel for the petitioner states that a learned Single Judge of this Court, in WP.No.22274/2019, vide order dated 28.01.2022, following the judgment of a Division Bench of this Court in E.S.Sundara Mahalingam Vs. Special Tribunal reported in 2020 [1] CWC 417, held that the writ petition was not maintainable and it is only a Civil Revision Petition that is maintainable. The learned counsel therefore prays that the writ petition may be converted into a Civil Revision Petition.

(2)In view of the aforesaid judgment of the Division Bench of this Court, the Registry is directed to convert the above writ petition into a Civil Revision Petition and post the same before the appropriate Bench after obtaining necessary orders from My Lord the Hon'ble Chief Justice. 20-08-2025 AP Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Internet:Yes
