J U D G M E N T
(Delivered by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The appeal is directed against the order of December 23, 2020.
2. When the appeal was received on December 26, 2020, an interim order was made in respect of the festival that commenced on December 27, 2020 and ends on February 12, 2021.
3. It is fairly submitted on behalf of the State that in view of the improving situation in the State and the strict adherence of the Covid protocol and the directions issued in the order dated December 26, 2020, there has been nothing untoward.
4. In view of such submission, the appeal is disposed of on the basis of the interim order dated December 26, 2020 and by requiring all to adhere to the Covid protocol. The order impugned stands modified to such extent as indicated in the interim order, which is confirmed.
