(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan, J.) The application has been filed seeking permission to amend the grounds of appeal.

2.In the grounds of appeal as originally filed, it had been stated that the appeal has been filed questioning the judgment and decree in A.No.4393 of 2021 in C.S. (Comm) No.642 of 2019, dated 29.06.2022. Now that is sought to be substituted by stating that the appeal is against the judgment and decree passed in C.S.(Comm) No.642 of 2019, dated 29.06.2022. The amendment is with respect to the order/judgment which is under challenge, namely, whether it is the order passed in the application or the judgment passed in the suit. Now the amendment reflects that the appeal is filed against the judgment and decree in the suit. Either way, the learned counsel for the respondents will be given an opportunity to argue the original side appeal on all issues raised.
