ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the Respondents to give promotion to the Petitioner retrospectively as Block Health Supervisor with effect from 27.8.1996 and confer all the consequential benefits as per the orders issued by the Government in GO.Ms.No.206 Health and Family Welfare dated 14.7.2014 by considering the representation of the Petitioner dated 24.12.2014.

2. This court heard the learned counsel on either side and also perused the materials placed on record. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Though the prayer in this Writ Petition is for a larger relief, the learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his argument to the limited extent of directing the 3rd Respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the Petitioner dated 24.12.2014, expeditiously. Considering the limited prayer now sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 24.12.2014 , on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
