Heard on the application to grant leave.

It is submitted that the applicant is a party interested in view of the fact that the land was acquired for their benefit and while addressing the issues raised by the land owner in reference to the acquisition, an order has been passed by the learned Single Judge without impleadment and hearing the applicant, though they would be affected by the outcome of the writ petition.

In view of the above, we find reason to allow the application and grant leave to the applicant for maintaining the appeal. Accordingly, this application is allowed.
