Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to take necessary action on petitioner's representation dated 11.04.2023 to resolve the Katta Panchayat problem and take action against the Katta

Panchyatdars decision of abandoning the petitioner's family members to enter into the village.

ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondent 1 to 4 to take necessary action on petitioner's representation dated 11.04.2023 to resolve the Katta Panchayat problem and take action against the Katta Panchyatdars decision of abandoning the petitioner's family members to enter into the village.

2. Though the 4th respondent filed a status report stating that there is no Katta Panchayat held as against the petitioner and the family members were not separated from the village, she is still residing at the same village, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that still the petitioner and her family is not allowed to worship the deities situated

in the village and she has been excommunicated in the village.

3. Therefore the first respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner as against respondents 5 to 7 and pass orders with in a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order in accordance with law.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
