CR.NO.44 OF 2014 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to enlarge the petitioner on interim bail for 7 days by suspending the sentence, imposed in S.C.No.2 of 2017 on the file of the Learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Tiruppur pending disposal of the above appeal and pass such further or other orders Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. PHILIP RAVINDRAN JESUDOSS, Advocate for the petitioner and of R.MUNIYAPPARAJ ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J.) On 01.11.2021, we granted interim bail to the petitioner for attending his sister's marriage and directed the petitioner to surrender before the trial court on 15.11.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

this Court had granted interim bail, the petitioner was not able to furnish the sureties and avail the benefits of the bail order.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.

Post the main appeal for final hearing on 15.12.2021 through physical hearing.
