This application is filed to permit the Applicant/Plaintiff to amend the husbands name of the 13th defendant as R.M.Ramachandra instead of R.M.Subbiah and consequently direct the registry to amend the Preliminary Decree dated 17/03/2017 passed in the above suit.

2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this application stands allowed.

3.The plaintiff is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the plaint.
