This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st Respondent to pass orders on the representation of the Petitioner dated 22.2.2016, seeking implementation of GO.Ms.No.301 Health and Family Welfare (A2) Department dated 6.10.2015, granting time bound promotion and consequential revision and refixation in pension, on merits and within a time frame.

2. This court heard the learned counsel on either side and also perused the materials placed on record.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, the 1st respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 22.2.2016, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
