(CRIME NO. 4195/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition (c) the petitioner on their release from prison shall stay at Madurai and report before the Thallakulam Police Station, Everyday at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m until further orders. The petitioners shall not enter into the jurisdictional limits of the respondent police until further orders. Imposes on the petitioner by an order dated 05.11.2020 made in Crl.OP.No.17393 of 2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.PARTHIBAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S. S.
KARTHIKEYAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Original Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to stay at Madurai and report before the Thallakulam Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m until further orders. The petitioner shall not enter into the jurisdictional limits of the respondent police until further orders.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17393 of 2020 dated 05.11.2020.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.17393 of 2020 dated 05.11.2020, is relaxed, however the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.
5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
