ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12156 of 2026 dated 01.06.2026.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and on perusal of the order dated 01.06.2026, it is seen that the petitioner is a resident of West Bengal and that the contraband involved is of commercial quantity. In such circumstances, this Court does not find any ground for allowing the petition.
