WP.No.27500/2019 WP.No.27500/2019 M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J., and N.SESHASAYEE, J., [Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.,] This Court, while dismissing the writ petition as not maintainable, imposed a cost of Rs.10,000/- payable to the Training Programme of the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court and directed listing of this matter on 15.10.2019 for ''reporting compliance''.

The matter is listed today for reporting compliance and it was called in the morning session and there is no representation either by the petitioner or by the learned counsel who appeared for him.

Therefore, the matter was passed over and once again, called in the afternoon session and there is no representation.

Therefore, this Court is left with no other option except to issue Bailable Warrant to secure the presence of the writ petitioner.

Accordingly, BAILABLE WARRANT is issued to the petitioner. The Superintendent of Police, Karaikkal, is directed to carry out this order.
