ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition is filed for speedy disposal of the suit in O.S. No.651 of 2022 pending on the file of the learned Principal District Court, Chengalpattu.
2. Pursuant to my order dated 27.06.2025, the learned District Judge, Chengalpattu has filed a report in DIS. No.3536/2025/OS-BC, dated 10.07.2025 to the Registry of this Court, stating that huge cases are pending 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
P.B.BALAJI.J., in Trial in both Civil and Criminal fronts besides administrative works. Hence, the learned District Judge has sought for one year time to dispose of the suit. In this suit, the issues have been framed on 06.12.2024 and the trial is yet to commence and seeks one year time to dispose of the same.
3. In view of limited prayer sought for, notice to the respondent is hereby dispensed with. Considering that the suit is of the year 2022, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned District Judge, Chengalpattu to dispose of the suit, on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 30.04.2026.
4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
