ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the Trial Court to expedite the Trial in C.C.No.242 of 2013 on the file of the learned X Metropolitan Magistrate, Allikulam, Chennai.

2. Taking into account of the fact that the proceedings are pending from the year 2013 onwards, it would be appropriate to direct the concerned Magistrate, to expedite the trial.

3. Hence, there shall be a direction to the learned X Metropolitan Magistrate, Allikulam, Chennai to expedite the trial in C.C.No.242 of 2013 and complete the same, as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands allowed.
