[Maths] Graduate Teacher appointed in the vacant post in the third respondent Government Aided School, w.e.f. 14.11.2018 with all consequential monetary and attendant benefits. 2. The case of the petitioners is that the petitioners was appointed in the third respondent school with effect from 17.12.2018 and 14.11.2018 in the existing vacant post. The third respondent forwarded the proposal of appointment of the petitioner in the above school to the educational authorities for approval. However, the same has not been approved. Hence, the Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to accord approval to the appointment of the petitioners with effect from 17.12.2018 and 14.11.2018.
3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the proceedings of the third respondent is pending before the first respondent for passing of Orders.
4. Heard Mr.R.Gunaalan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.S.Prabhakaran, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

5. In view of the submissions on either side, the first respondent is directed to pass Orders on the proceedings of the third respondent on its own merits within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
6. With the above direction, these Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
