This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to return the Blank Cheques and signed papers which were received from the petitioner on 25.05.2018 by under coercion, threaten and undue influence within time frame.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that on the complaint lodged by one *Jeevan, enquiry was conducted, in which the petitioner was forced to issue certain cheques to the said Veerababu. Therefore, the petitioner has come up with the above petition.

3. Per contra, the learned Government Advocate refuted the contentions and disputed the assertions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

questions of fact, direction as prayed for by the petitioner, cannot be granted. Hence, this petition is closed with the liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
