Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition shall report before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Hon'ble Court dated 16.08.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.14387 of 2021 in Cr.No.250/2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.SENTHILVEL, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.N.S.SUGANTHAN, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Paragraph No.5 of the order dated 16.08.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14387 of 2021.

2. This Court, vide order dated 16.08.2021, directed the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has not complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4. Considering the submissions made by the Government Advocate (Crl side) that the petitioner has not complying with the conditions imposed by this Court, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
