A report has been received from the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre stating that the parties arrived at an amicable settlement as per the terms in the Mediation agreement. In the light of the Mediation report submitted by the Tamilnadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, the second respondent is directed to comply with the terms in the Mediation agreement as expeditiously as possible.

The writ petition is disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
