This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to provide the documents relating to Crime No.93 of 2018 pending investigation on the file of the 2nd respondent Police.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3.The petitioner's father Balaraman died in a road accident on 12.03.2018, pursuant to which, the respondent Police have registered a case in Crime No.93 of 2018 under Section 279 and 304[A] IPC. While so, the petitioner approached the respondent Police for copies of the records for the purpose of filing MCOP petition. petitioner is before this Court.

4.Today, Mr.N.Kumar, Inspector of Police, Vengalam Police Station is present before this Court.

5.Learned Government Advocate submitted that photocopies of the necessary records are available and the same has been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar. Recording the same, this petition is closed.
