C.M.P.No.5795 of 2026 in C.M.A.SR.No.96559 of 2024 R.KALAIMATHI, J.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

2.The petitioner, who sustained serious injuries on account of accident that took place on 17.10.2010 had suffered - Major injury in the spinal column and the right leg. As per the MRI (spine) report, he suffered (i) Cervical spondylosis.

(ii) Loss of cervical lordosis.

(iii) Disc bulge at C3-C4, C4-C5, C5-C6 and C6-C7 levels causing cervical cord indentation and BIL nerve root compression.

3.He would also aver that he is in paraplegic condition. Hence, a delay of 4248 days occurred in preferring the above Appeal.

4. Accepting the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands ordered. The interest for the delay period of 4248 days is hereby directed to be waived.
