The petition is filed to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.185 of 2016 from the file of the II Additional Subordinate Court, Coimbatore and to transfer it to the file of the I Additional Family Court, Chennai, and to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.3910 of 2016 pending on its file.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the husband has no objection to transfer the case as sought for by the petitioner and she has made an endorsement to that effect.

4. Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the respondent and without deciding the issue on merits, the petition in H.M.O.P.No.185 of 2016 is ordered to be withdrawn from the file of the II Additional Subordinate Court, Coimbatore and transferred to the file of the I Additional Family Court, Chennai and to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.3910 of 2016 pending on its file. The Presiding Officer, II Additional Subordinate Court, Coimbatore, is directed to transmit all the records pertaining to H.M.O.P.No.185 of 2016 to the file of the I Additional Family Court, Chennai, within a period of two weeks https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous petition is ordered. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
