ORDER

The parties were referred to Mediation and before the Mediator, a settlement agreement has been reached on 27.10.2025. Both the petitioner/wife and the respondent/husband have agreed to go for transfer of HMOP No.2 of 1/4

2025 from the file of Subordinate Court, Poonamallee to Subordinate Court, Tambaram to be taken up along with HMOP No.201/2025.

2. The parties have also agreed that they will be filing a petition under Section 13 of Hindu Marriages Act, 1955 seeking divorce by mutual consent.

3. The settlement agreement dated 27.10.2025 is recorded.

4. Accordingly, the proceedings in HMOP No.1 of 2025 is withdrawn from the file of Subordinate Court, Poonamallee and the same is transferred to Subordinate Court, Tambaram to be decided along with HMOP No.201 of 2025. It is open to both the parties to file a petition for mutual consent divorce in the meantime and thereafter seek withdrawal of their respective petitions.

5. The Subordinate Court, Poonamallee is directed to send the entire records of HMOP No.1 of 2025 to the file of Subordinate Court, Tambaram forthwith.
