This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.66 of 2018, pending on the file of the respondent within a time frame, as stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. 3.On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent Police have registered a case in Crime No.66 of 2018 on 09.03.2018 under Section 3[1][x] of SC/ST [POA] Act, 1989.
