ORDER
This Writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent to return all the original certificates to the Petitioner submitted during the admission into the 2nd respondent institution without insisting on the payment of the entire course fees.
2. The case of the petitioner is that, the petitioner belongs to Scheduled Caste community and she secured admission in the 2nd respondent college for B.Sc. Nursing course during academic year 20192023 through merit based selection process. Though the petitioner completed two and a half year of the course and paid a sum of Rs.75,000/- for each year towards fess, due to her financial background, she was unable to continue her education and was forced to discontinue her studies during the third year. Thereafter, when the petitioner requested the 2nd respondent to return her original certificates submitted by her at the time of admission, the 2nd respondent refused to return the same, without payment of full fees. Hence, the petitioner has come up with this Writ petition.
3. Though very many grounds have been raised, learned counsel for 2/6
the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if this Court issues direction to the 2nd respondent to return all the original documents submitted by the petitioner which includes her mark sheet, birth certificate and other essential documents, without insisting on the payment of the entire course fees.

Learned counsel for the 1st respondent submitted that, the original certificates of the petitioner were submitted by the 2nd respondent during the spot verification for the academic year 2019-2020 and upon verification the same were returned to the 2nd respondent on the same day itself and it is the 2nd respondent who has to return the petitioner's original documents. Further, the 1st respondent vide letter dated 19.08.2024 addressed to the 2nd respondent, directed the 2nd respondent to return all the original documents submitted by the petitioner, under intimation to the 1st respondent, for which, no reply has been submitted by the 2nd respondent and further, till date, no intimation has been given to the University with regard to the discontinuation of the course by the petitioner.
5. Learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent submitted that, as 3/6
soon as the petitioner returns the scholarship obtained from the 2nd respondent, her original documents will be returned.
6. In response, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, the petitioner had already returned the scholarship obtained by her from the 2nd respondent.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case directs the 2nd respondent to implement the letter proceedings of the 1st respondent dated 19.08.2024 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
8. With the above direction, this Writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
