This petition has been filed seeking to extend the time to pay the amount stipulated in the order dated 05.05.2023 passed in C.M.P.No.10199 of 2023 in CRP.No.1555 of 2023 by granting one week to enable the petitiones to send the demand draft to the respondent.

2.Heard Mr.Gopalakrishnan, learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is ordered only on condition that the petitioners to pay the respondent on or before 11.09.2023.
