2. In continuation of the earlier order of this Court dated 18.04.2023, the Document No.686 of 2021 mentioned in paragraphs 1 and 5 of the said order shall stand substituted as Document No.685 of 2021.

3. The petitioners' counsel name mentioned as Mr.Naveen Kumar Murthy for Mr.D.Senthil Kumaran shall be substituted as Mr.Naveen Kumar Murthy for Mr.D.Senthil Kumar.

4. All other observations and findings made in my earlier order dated 18.04.2023 shall remain intact.
