This application is filed to reopen the Defendants side evidence in the above suit in C.S.No.353 of 2009 which was closed vide order dated 30.11.2022 passed by this Hon'ble Court in the instant application.

2.Heard both sides. The learned counsel for 4th respondent has no objection in allowing the application. However, the learned counsel for the plaintiff/respondent raised objection in allowing the application.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.

5.Post on 14.09.2023 before the Additional Master concerned for recording of evidence.

6.The learned Additional Master concerned shall complete the proceedings within a period of one month.
