This application has been filed to amend the crime number as "Crime No.2055 of 2020 instead of Crime No.Not Known of 2023 and offences as u/s. 294(b), 324 & 506(2) IPC and Sec.4 of TN Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 instead of u/s.406 & 506(ii) IPC in Crl.O.P.No.10788 of 2023 order dated 26.05.2023 passed by this Court.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petition and order copy in Crl.O.P.No.10788 of 2023, dated 26.05.2023 and issue fresh order copy.

Further, two weeks time is extended to the petitioner to comply with the conditions as ordered by this Court, from the date on which, the order copy made ready.
