2. Petitioner V.Sellaperumal aged about 70 years in the year 2012 has filed the present Writ Petition of Certioraried Mandamus. The petitioner, who was a Panchayat President has challenged the order of reinstatement passed in respect of Panchayat Assistant E.Venkatesan stating that he is yet to hand over the records to him.

3. Mrs. C.Sangamithrai, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that, the assistant namely E.Venkatesan had already handed over all the records to the petitioner, who was the Panchayat President. Hence, nothing survives in this petition.

4. Recording the above said submissions, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
