Writ Petition No.15617 of 2012 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to forthwith consider the representations dated 14.03.2012 and 09.05.2012 of the petitioner herein for posting as Panchayat Secretary in any one of the Village Panchayat in Kancheepuram District with continuity of service, pay protection and seniority in accordance with law.

Writ Petition No.15618 of 2012 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to forthwith consider the representations dated 14.03.2012 of the petitioner herein for posting as Panchayat Secretary in any one of the Village Panchayat in Kancheepuram District with continuity of service, pay protection and seniority in accordance with law. Writ Petition No.15619 of 2012 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to forthwith consider the representations dated 14.03.2012 and 09.05.2012 of the petitioner herein for posting as Panchayat Secretary in any one of the Village Panchayat in Kancheepuram District with continuity of service, pay protection and seniority in accordance with law.

2. The above Writ Petitions have been filed praying that this Court may be pleased to issue writs of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on the representations made by the petitioners seeking to appoint them as Panchayat Secretaries in the Village Panchayats concerned.

3. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petitions, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners had produced before this Court a copy of the proceedings, dated

06.07.2012, issued by the District Collector of Kancheepuram, appointing the petitioners, as Panchayat Secretaries in the Village Panchayats concerned, as prayed for by them.

4. In such circumstances, as no further orders are necessary, the Writ Petitions stand closed. No costs.
