Therefore, the case was adjourned to 15.06.2023 with the caption "For Dismissal".

2.Today, 15.06.2023, when the case came up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the Revision Petitioner expressed his apologies for his absence on 08.06.2023. This Court expressed that if he is ready to argue the case his apologies will be accepted. The learned Counsel was not ready to argue the case stating that the learned Counsel for the Respondents not present. 3.On perusal of the records it is seen that the learned Counsel for the Revision Petitioner was not present before the Court on earlier occasions also.

4.Since the learned Counsel for the Revision Petitioner is not ready to argue this case, the above Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
