ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable U/s 498(A), 294(b) and 506(i) of IPC, 1860, in Crime No.15 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that suppressing the earlier marriage and his child, the petitioner performed second marriage with the defacto complainant. It is further alleged that the petitioner harassed the the defacto complainant by demanding more dowry. Hence, the defacto complainant lodged a complaint before the Law Enforcing Agency.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that earlier occasion the petitioner along with other in laws filed anticipatory bail petition in Crl.O.P.No.18972 of 2021 on 07.10.2021 wherein this Court dismissed the petitioner's anticipatory bail petition however granted anticipatory bail to other in-laws. Hence he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner is the first accused. He further submits that the petitioner cheated the defacto complainant and thereby performed second marriage. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering that the earlier anticipatory bail petition was dismissed by this Court and there is no change of circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. -sd/- 09/11/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
