These petitions are filed to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest in connection with the Crime No.322 of 2023 pending investigation on the file of the respondent Police.

2.This is second anticipatory bail petition. Earlier anticipatory bail petition was dismissed on 13.07.2023, for the reason that large volume of rectified spirit alleged to have been in possession of petitioners and petitioners are having two similar previous cases pending. Since, dismissal of the earlier anticipatory bail petition, there is no change of circumstances for considering the present anticipatory bail petition of the petitioners. Therefore, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed.
