This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order of the trial Court, dated 18.12.2024, made in I.A.No.1 of 2024 in C.O.S. No.193 of 2024 on the file of the Principal Commercial Court, at Egmore, Chennai.

2. Pending revision, the parties were directed to appear before the Mediation Centre attached to this Court with the able assistance of the counsel on either side. A mediator was appointed before the Mediation Centre. The parties have reached a settlement and they have also entered into a Memorandum of Settlement dated 20.02.2026, which is signed by the parties and their respective counsel.

3. Though the revision arising out of the proceeding in interlocutory application in I.A.No.1 of 2024 in C.O.S. No.193 of 2024, in view of the settlement reached between the parties, this Court finds that it would result in final disposal of the suit itself. The settlement dated 20.02.2026 shall form part of this order and C.O.S. No.193 of 2024 pending on the file of the Principal Commercial Court, at Egmore, Chennai shall be decreed in terms of the settlement. The plaintiff in the Commercial Court is entitled to refund of court fee in accordance with law.

4. This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. 2/4
