This application has been filed to permit the applicant to amend the nomenclature of description in the cause title in the above Memorandum of Compromise describing Mr.M.C.Swaminathan and Mr.M.C.Jaganathan as 'defendants 1 and 2' to 'respondents 1 and 2' in O.P.No.977 of 2017. Mrs.Uma alone as 'defendant'.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection in allowing this application.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of no objection submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents, this application is allowed.

5. The Registry is directed to carry out the amendment and issue fresh order copy to the parties.
