When it is pointed out that the order which is impugned in the Writ Petition is merely a show cause notice and the Petitioner could be aggrieved only when a final decision entailing adverse civil consequences to the Petitioner is taken as an ultimate outcome of the same, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to challenge the final order, if aggrieved by the same and he has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
