This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioners and his family members without due process of law.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by one Ravi against the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.305 of 2018 on the file of the respondent.

4.In such view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the police for enquiry and at the time of conducting enquiry, the petitioner shall not be harassed. During https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police is free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioner against arrest.
