This Petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed on the Petitioner herein by this Court on 12.06.2023 in Crl.OP.No.12620 of 2023 with the following condition that "the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent police everyday at 10.30 am until further orders"

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the Petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and investigation is almost completed in this matter.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the Petitioner is totally relaxed. However, on summons the Petitioner has to appear before the Court, concerned.

4.With the above direction, this Petition is ordered.
