In this miscellaneous petition, this court by its order dated 08.02.2021, has ordered notice and granted stay in respect of Clause II & III of the decree dated 17.10.2019 passed by the Lower Appellate Court in AS.No.34 of 2018. Thereafter, the matter has been kept pending without any interim order, till now. Hence, the stay already granted is made absolute and this miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.
